Take all the reasons into considerations and decide whether Q6 is a good phone to buy or not.
Note: These are just my opinion and view on the LG Q6. If you disagree with my points then it is perfectly alright.
1.No Fingerprint Scanner
LG Q6 is not equipped with the fingerprint scanner. The fingerprint sensor is one of the most enhanced security features that we have right now. No other application or sensor can replace this security feature.
LG says that face unlock feature is present in LG Q6. But face unlock feature is not reliable all the time. Anyone can unlock your phone by just showing your photo.
I believe that the fingerprint sensor is a major thing and should be present in all the smartphones. And I will not buy a smartphone without a fingerprint sensor.
No doubt, 18:9 display is a very good display at the price segment of Rs.1500($200). But many applications are not compatible with this display.
Most of the mobile phones come with 16:9 ratio. And all the applications are made to meet the display requirements of 16:9 Screen only. When you play games on LG Q6, you will some black borders at the edges. The developers need time to develop apps and games for the 18:9 Screen.
The camera on this phone is not great. It has 13MP of rear camera with auto focus and 5MP of selfie camera. The camera of LG Q6 is not a low light genius. It does not have dual auto focus which you get in many smartphones in this price range.
LG Q6 comes with Snapdragon 435 processor. This processor is made for low-end smartphones. So, LG has at least implemented Snapdragon 625 processor or a mid range processor.
The battery of 3000mAH is packed in LG Q6. But it is sad to say that LG Q6 does not support fast charging. It will surely take some time to fully charge LG Q6.
6.No USB Type C
USB type C port is fast and accurate. It also helps in charging the battery fast without any heating issue.Unfortunately, USB type C port is not present in LG Q6.
These were the 5 problems or drawbacks of LG Q6. You should consider these things before buying LG Q6 for you or your family. Moreover, it is a great smartphone with a full vision display. If you are buying a smartphone for full vision display then you should go for LG Q6. Because there is no other smartphone the market which offers 18:9 display at this price range.
Moreover, it is a great smartphone with a full vision display. If you are buying a smartphone for full vision display then you should go for LG Q6. Because there is no other smartphone the market which offers 18:9 display at this price range. And also, LG Q6 is a strong phone with good protection. Nothing will happen to the phone if it falls from the heaight of 2 meters.
